I/O module

Product Details

The third main component in the SCANFLEX system is the optional I/O module. Through the SFX/LS interface, the I/O module can be controlled independently of any other resources in the system. If the number of SCANFLEX I/O modules required is very small (only 1 to 2 modules are required), the modules can be plugged directly into the TAP transceiver to avoid any additional wiring.
Alternatively, the I/O module can be placed on the SCANFLEX rack and connected to the controller or via SFX/LS cables (0.5m/1.5ft, 1m/3ft, 3m/10ft or 5m/15ft) TAP transceiver.
The SCANFLEX I/O module is used to expand the performance and functions of the boundary scan system through additional test instruments and programming resources. It has a high degree of modularity and scalability, and can match any specific test/ISP application. Through GÖPEL electronic engineering services, we provide specific customized changes to standard modules and the development of customized modules.
